    The massage therapy techniques I use include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to relieve your specific conditions.

    Kinesiology and Fitness Trainer

    I use kinesiology and fitness training to improve your movement so you can return to your sports or fitness as quickly as possible.

    When I use strength training, stretching, and conditioning, you will benefit greatly and have quick results.

    When you include exercise as part of your rehabilitation or wellness program, you will experience improved fitness which will transform all aspects of your life in a very positive way.

    Exercise will improve your endurance, strength, power, balance, and flexibility.

    If you are experiencing depression, cardiovascular disease, sleep deprivation, immune dysfunction, or general fatigue, improving your ability to exercise will improve your life.

    If you have always wanted to try eating whole foods or more plants, I want to help you. I am also very knowledgeable about growing plants if you have a desire to grow your own food and/or medicinal plants for healing yourself.

    As your plant-based health coach, I can guide you with plant medicine. I want you to be able to maintain your health, be consistent and track your progress to reach your health goals.

    As your plant-based health coach, I can help you prevent diseases that might be causing many ailments in your life.
